Guide Purchases
All guide purchases (one-time payments of $19) are non-refundable. When you purchase a guide, you receive immediate access to digital content. Because digital content cannot be "returned" once accessed, we are unable to offer refunds on completed purchases.
Before completing any guide purchase, you can preview the guide on its page to determine whether it meets your needs.
Subscriptions
Subscription fees ($10/month or $60/year) are non-refundable after the billing cycle begins. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date to prevent future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Subscriptions are billed immediately upon signup. There is no trial period.
No Exceptions
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not make exceptions to this policy. If you have a billing error or duplicate charge, please contact us immediately at support@sideincomeplaybook.com and we will investigate.
